He serves on the Florida Bar’s Code and Rules of Evidence Committee. He earned his B.A., with high honors, from Rutgers College, his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and his Master of Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Miles, also a former Assistant United States Attorney, focuses his practice on personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, maritime, class action, commercial tort and qui tam cases. He serves on the Southern District of Florida’s Bar Grievance Committee, the Florida Bar’s Constitutional Judiciary Committee and the Florida Supreme Court’s Civil Jury Instruction Committee. He received his B.A. from Northwestern University and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.
